Our client, a major organization in the transportation sector, is looking for an Application Analyst to support a critical resource management platform. The role involves acting as a central point of contact for the maintenance and evolution of a cloud-based planning tool integrated with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supporting and enhancing a specialized planning application.
  • Analyze enhancement proposals for technical feasibility and estimated workload.
  • Execute development tasks and technical configurations to resolve bugs and implement upgrades.
  • Manage end-to-end development trajectories from initial analysis to final deployment.
  • Provide hypercare support and follow-up during system implementations.
  • Translate complex industrial or technical planning processes into functional requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an expert in SharePoint and Project Server (2007-2019 and Online).
  • Proven experience in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Backend development experience with C#.
  • Extensive experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Solution Architect.
  • Possession of an ITIL certification (any version).
  • Experience with end-to-end development cycles, including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • You bring a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French with a minimum level of C1.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with BPM (Aris) and Change Management (Adkar).
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as PM².
  • Previous experience with technically complex industrial planning processes.
