Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation and infrastructure sector, is looking for an expert to play a key role in the functional and technical evolution of their software solutions. The project focuses on optimizing rail traffic management and data sharing within port environments to enhance operational localization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document business requirements and stakeholder needs through diverse elicitation methods.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Analyze existing processes and propose optimizations to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and business units to ensure solution alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive tender documents and technical specifications for public procurement processes.
  • Support the localization project for logistics assets within the port infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business and functional analysis for ICT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience with design and modeling techniques including UPM and BPMN.
  • You possess experience in drafting technical specifications for public procurement tenders.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of development principles such as Object-Oriented (OO), .NET, and Web/Desktop design.
  • You're proactive, stress-resistant, and demonstrate strong initiative within a team environment.
  • You bring excellent presentation skills and a professional, respectful communication style.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch (C2) with B2 level in the other language and B2 level in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of RFID technology and its operational applications.
