IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity & OT Infrastructure

Our client, a prominent organization in the environmental and energy sector, is seeking a professional to oversee the management of critical ICT infrastructure and end-user applications. The role focuses on ensuring optimal support for business processes through the implementation of secure, high-performance technology solutions.

• Lead and monitor ICT projects related to end-user applications and the optimization of central server parks and networks.
• Coordinate project team members and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project delivery.
• Analyze future business needs and user requirements to select appropriate ICT infrastructure and external partners.
• Develop and present proposals for the optimization of ICT systems by integrating new technologies and upgrading software tools.
• Oversee the maintenance of ICT systems and implement security measures including firewalls based on security reports.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ICT processes, procedures, and inventories to ensure operational continuity.

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management focusing on infrastructure and application implementation.
• You possess 5+ years of expertise in Information Security Frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and CCB Cyber Fundamentals.
• You bring 5+ years of experience within Operational Technology (OT) environments, specifically working with PLC and SCADA systems.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Information Security Governance and GRC tooling.
• You're proficient with a wide range of technologies including virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud solutions.
• You have a strong background in Beveiligingsbeheer and managing (camera) security networks.
• You possess a CISSP certification or an equivalent qualification in Information Security.
• You have experience with the regulations and procedures surrounding public procurement.
• You're skilled in technical analysis, system administration, and documentation and process management.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
