Functional Analyst – SAP & Odoo Integration

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities sector, is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the digitalization and optimization of business processes. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable solutions within enterprise resource planning and management platforms.

• Analyze core business processes to identify optimization and digitalization opportunities.
• Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new platform functionalities, specifically focusing on data integration between systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless custom developments and system integrations.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of new releases, features, and bugfixes including UAT and regression testing.
• Empower key users and end-consumers through dedicated training sessions and the creation of technical documentation.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for resolving complex system issues and queries.

• 3+ years experience as a functional analyst.
• 3+ years experience within SAP environments, specifically with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• 1+ years experience working with Odoo platforms.
• You possess experience with the setup of case management or dossier management systems.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Asset Management systems.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SAP data analysis, extractions, or exports to external applications.
• Proven track record in testing functional modifications.
