Security Architect – IT/OT & Critical Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization managing critical infrastructure, is looking for a Security Architect to translate strategic directions into technical solutions. The role ensures consistency and regulatory compliance across the entire organization, covering IT, OT, cloud, and network environments.

• Design and formalize the target security architecture by integrating Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Define security architecture standards and models aligned with the organization's strategic directions.
• Perform technical and architectural risk assessments on projects, infrastructures, and industrial systems.
• Lead security intake processes and architecture committees to ensure alignment with target architectures.
• Draft technical security standards to ensure compliance with NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Monitor threats and technological evolutions to propose continuous improvements to the security posture.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and risk assessment within hybrid environments (IT, OT, IoT, Cloud).
• You possess a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring advanced knowledge of security frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 62443, and GDPR.
• You have technical expertise in architecture and design patterns using ArchiMate modeling and CyFun frameworks.
• You possess a technical background in security and identity domains including ICAM, IAM, PAM, PKI, and cryptography.
• You have experience in data and integration security regarding SAP systems and inter-application data flows.
• You possess a SABSA Chartered Security Architect – Foundation Certificate (SCF).
• You hold at least two of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English with C1 level proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with XDR, SIEM, and security monitoring and auditing tools.
• Knowledge of the secure use of Artificial Intelligence and generative models.
• Possession of CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or advanced SABSA certifications.
• Familiarity with CIS Controls and NIST frameworks.
