Power Platform Specialist – Power Apps & Power Automate

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking an expert to drive their digital transformation through operational excellence. This role focuses on building a community of practice, coaching colleagues, and delivering robust digital solutions to enhance production automation.

• Establish a community of practice by introducing shared best practices and standardized ways of working across various departments.
• Develop and deliver structured training sessions, coaching programs, and reference documentation to empower teams in building sustainable digital solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps canvas applications, and Power Automate flows.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, reliability, and security by applying governance best practices within a regulated production environment.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex challenges related to data integrations with sources like Snowflake and SQL.

• You have 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• You possess experience in data integration and modeling using Snowflake, SQL, and SharePoint.
• You bring a proven track record in building communities of practice or collaborative environments within a business or production context.
• You have experience in technical training, coaching, or mentoring for diverse audiences with varying digital skill levels.
• You're familiar with data governance, privacy, and security principles in regulated environments.
• You have the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process documentation.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.

• Experience within a regulated production environment such as GxP or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
