Our client, a leading organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a professional to provide essential support for their specialized identification and monitoring infrastructure. The role focuses on the daily support of users within a critical asset management system used for traffic safety and investigative investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Register and monitor inquiries and incident reports within the designated ticketing system.
  • Communicate status updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders proactively.
  • Produce detailed reports and analyses regarding system performance and incident trends.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate vendor performance issues when necessary.
  • Manage the registration of hardware installations within the asset management tool.
  • Identify structural improvements and update technical documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical Service Desk or Technical Support environment.
  • You possess experience with tools and platforms for Ticketing, Reporting, and Knowledge Management.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an insight into incident hierarchy and planning.
  • You're methodical, accurate, and thorough in resolving issues and maintaining system documentation.
  • You bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to collaborative environments.
  • You have an active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Basic knowledge of ANPR systems, camera hardware, and associated networking.
