Business Analyst – Financial & Member Management Systems

Our client, a leading organization in the social and financial services sector, is seeking a Business Analyst for a multi-year digital transformation project. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for a core platform managing member data and complex financial processing.

• Translate complex business processes such as contributions, settlements, and premiums into functional specifications.
• Create user stories, flow descriptions, and acceptance criteria according to internal standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from accounting, member management, and premium departments to ensure process consistency.
• Verify data migrations and financial calculations against reference files to ensure system accuracy.
• Document functional requirements and maintain knowledge sharing through release notes and demos.
• Identify optimization opportunities within workflows and data streams like reporting and automated flows.

• You have 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis within complex or regulated environments.
• You bring expertise in data modeling, process analysis, and financial flows including SEPA.
• You possess experience with ERP platforms, data migrations, and functional integrations.
• You have professional experience using Azure DevOps for ticketing and test management.
• You have an educational background in Economics, IT, or a related field.
• You're analytically strong, proactive, and solution-oriented with an eye for detail.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and data structures.
• Possession of BABOK, CBAP, or Agile BA certification.
• Familiarity with Power Automate flows.
