Our client, a major player in the utility sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to drive the digitalization of infrastructure networks. The role focuses on optimizing core processes and implementing reporting solutions to facilitate organizational change and network modernization.
Responsibilities
- Guide the digitalization of utility networks by designing and optimizing underlying business processes.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for application development and reporting.
- Define and document TO-BE processes and roadmaps for both short-term and long-term organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from various departments to ensure project alignment and adoption.
- Develop client-oriented training materials, documentation, and communication strategies to support change management.
- Anticipate project risks and escalate potential issues to leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and functional analysis.
- 3+ years working within a utility, grid operator, or similar infrastructure environment.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile project environments.
- Proven expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), including process development and optimization.
- Experience with IoT or Digital Twin technologies within a professional context.
- Strong proficiency in ICT project delivery and the use of JIRA and Confluence.
- You possess a Master’s degree and have extensive experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- You have a background in stakeholder management within large-scale organizations.
- You are proactive and autonomous with the ability to facilitate workshops and drive organizational change.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience participating in large-scale organizational transformation trajectories.
- Possession of a Lean Green Belt certification.
- Knowledge of the water sector and its current digital transformation trends.
