Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is modernizing its fleet through the introduction of electric vehicles. This role involves strengthening the project management office to support a large-scale sustainability program during the rollout phase.

Responsibilities

  • Support project leaders in the execution of complex technology and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage project administration, including the preparation of quotes and documentation.
  • Oversee project budgets, tracking invoices and procurement activities.
  • Maintain project planning and reporting to ensure visibility across the program.
  • Contribute to a professional project culture through structured administrative support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in ICT project methodology and providing operational support to project managers.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in supporting a professional project culture within complex, large-scale programs.
  • You possess a proven track record in budget management, including tracking invoices and procurement processes.
  • You have extensive experience in high-level administrative support.
  • You're highly structured with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.
  • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style across different organizational levels.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to creative problem-solving.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Prince2, PMI, or PMBOK methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Clarity, eDelta, and SAP for project and procurement management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Asset Management tools, configuration management, and license management.
  • Background in public sector environments and sustainable mobility projects.

Offer

  • Start date: 03/08/2026.
  • Duration: until 30/06/2027.
  • Work regime: 50% (Part-time).
  • Location: Mechelen.
  • Working model: Onsite (office-based).
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
