Project Manager – Digital Change & Process Transformation

Our client is seeking a professional to lead digital renewal and the implementation of uniform working methods within their organization. The role involves managing software implementation trajectories with a strong focus on organizational change, process harmonization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead the implementation of new software tools and the introduction of uniform working methods across the organization.
• Guide teams and external partners through organizational changes, focusing on adoption and addressing resistance.
• Coordinate between operational teams, IT experts, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage project activities, including planning, risk assessment, roadmaps, and backlog maintenance.
• Introduce innovative digital applications for field use and translate technical features into practical value for users.
• Monitor project quality and adoption rates to ensure sustainable transitions to new ways of working.

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT project management and complex software implementations.
• You possess proven expertise in change management and guiding organizational transitions.
• You bring strong skills in stakeholder management and team coordination across different departments and external partners.
• You have experience creating project roadmaps, use cases, and backlogs.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented when addressing organizational resistance.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with digital field tools such as OpenSpace or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of process harmonization within operational environments.
