Talent Procurement & Project Generalist

Our client is seeking a professional to provide part-time procurement and project support across their talent spend portfolio. The role focuses on translating business priorities into structured procurement activities while managing supplier relationships and demand frameworks across talent operations and leadership development programs.

• Coordinate procurement and project activities across talent operations, management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Implement demand management frameworks for training needs to improve planning and decision-making.
• Manage supplier relationship governance by preparing review materials and tracking performance metrics.
• Support sourcing activities including RFI/RFQ preparation, commercial analysis, and contracting follow-ups.
• Contribute to contingent workforce enhancement projects through process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor supplier compliance, risk, and audit readiness within the talent spend scope.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• You bring experience in procurement operations including supplier management, sourcing support, and demand management.
• You possess professional experience in talent-related categories such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Contingent Workforce.
• You have project management and coordination skills within an international, matrixed environment.
• You are collaborative and proactive with an analytical mindset regarding spend data and performance.
• You are fluent in English.
