Solution Designer – Customer Experience & Microservices

Our client, a leading organization focused on customer experience solutions, is looking for a Solution Designer to bridge the gap between high-level architecture and technical implementation. The role focuses on detailing technical components and documenting modular designs for development teams, infrastructure specialists, and third-party vendors.

• Translate high-level architectures into detailed technical documentation for development and infrastructure teams.
• Design modular, reusable, and flexible technical components and interfaces in alignment with interaction principles.
• Produce comprehensive design diagrams including state transition, class, sequence, network connectivity, and ER diagrams.
• Define and design APIs in compliance with enterprise guidelines and industry best practices for security and reuse.
• Ensure that all solution implementations strictly adhere to established technology, infrastructure, and security standards.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Review non-functional test results and adapt solution designs to meet performance and stability requirements.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Solution Designer.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working with microservices architecture.
• You bring experience with SaaS solution integrations.
• You possess proficiency in backend development using Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Maven or Gradle.
• You have experience with REST API design, security, and standardization.
• You possess knowledge of technical documentation and diagrams such as ER, Sequence, and Class diagrams.
• You are proficient in English with a C1 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with disaster recovery solution design for enterprise applications.
• Willingness to obtain specific enterprise security certifications.
