Senior Cybersecurity Risk Expert – IT & OT Infrastructure

Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a senior professional to join their security department. This role focuses on the management and implementation of cybersecurity risk frameworks across both IT and OT environments to ensure organizational resilience.

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments covering IT, OT, IIoT, and application environments.
• Maintain accurate reporting on identified risks and coordinate remediation activities.
• Operationalize enterprise risk management, cybersecurity risk management, and third-party risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify potential threats and define effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments of control processes to ensure alignment with security governance.
• Identify gaps in existing security processes and propose structural improvements.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and security governance.
• 3+ years of experience performing IT maturity assessments within large-scale organizations.
• Proven knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• You're experienced in navigating complex and regulated environments.
• You possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves
