Salesforce Functional Analyst – Field Service & Workforce Management

Our client, a major organization in the utility sector, is seeking a specialist to support their digital transformation in workforce management and field digitalization. This role involves maintaining existing applications and contributing to the evolution of critical projects within the energy grid domain.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for the platform.
• Draft high-quality user stories to support the development lifecycle within the digitalization program.
• Support existing applications by managing incidents, resolving problems, and performing evolutive maintenance.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the success of custom Salesforce implementations.
• Contribute to project delivery by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Perform business analysis to optimize processes related to grid operations and asset management.

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with custom and technical Salesforce implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in writing user stories and requirement analysis.
• Proven track record in Project delivery within enterprise environments.
• You possess a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
• You bring a Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certification.
• You are certified in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• You are fluent in English with fluency in either French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using a modeling tool for business processes.
• Knowledge of demand management and team coordination.
