Our client, a major organization in the insurance sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of complex IT solutions within the XRM domain. The role focuses on delivering high-quality features in an Agile environment through rigorous testing and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze test results and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle to ensure system reliability.
- Define and refine acceptance criteria to serve as a robust basis for all testing activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and scenarios for both manual and automated testing.
- Plan and estimate testing efforts while prioritizing backlog items based on sprint requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during user acceptance testing and production support.
- Identify technical dependencies and optimize testing methodologies to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system testing within complex IT environments using Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
- Possess a mandatory ISTQB Foundation certification.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Azure DevOps and test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry.
