Our client, a leading organization in the public technology sector, is seeking a professional to join their Finance, HR, and Facilities stream. The role focuses on conducting research and optimizing logistics, HR, and financial business processes within a complex ICT landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document financial and logistical business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex business needs from diverse stakeholders into detailed functional requirements.
  • Develop and refine business processes utilizing BPM and BPMN methodologies.
  • Manage various project management facets including cost estimation, coordination, and planning.
  • Bridge the gap between business operations and technical ICT implementations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management to ensure alignment across different departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience as a business analyst within IT projects.
  • 5+ years experience in defining functional requirements and synthesizing business needs.
  • 5+ years experience in general business operations applied to the ICT domain.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN.
  • Strong knowledge of project management facets such as costs, timing, and estimation.
  • You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Archi, and Confluence.
  • Background working within Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of IT and business architecture concepts.
  • Experience specifically analyzing financial and logistical business processes.
