Supplier & Framework Agreements Manager

Our client in the energy sector is seeking a professional to manage strategic supplier relationships and framework agreements for core electrical equipment. This role coordinates between external partners and internal project departments to ensure contract performance and successful project execution.

• Manage strategic supplier relationships through regular status meetings and factory visits.
• Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders and project leaders regarding equipment categories.
• Lead negotiations and resolve contract claims or unforeseen situations to reach favorable agreements.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement processes based on return of experience.
• Coordinate documentation, archiving, and regular reporting on contract status.

• Master degree in a technical-commercial field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, category management, and strategic procurement.
• Proven background in stakeholder management and account management within the energy or industrial sector.
• Assertive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites or factories within Europe.
• You are fluent in English with a very good level of French and Dutch.
