Expert Project Leader – BPMN & Agile

Our client, a prominent organization in the public health sector, is looking for an Expert Project Leader to oversee a digital transformation project. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirement definition and business process mapping to final solution implementation.

• Organize the delivery of the product in accordance with quality, deadline, and budget requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and map current and future business processes.
• Structure the work of the development team and maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and deliverables to guide the implementation team.
• Ensure the final solution aligns with the agreed-upon business requirements and organizational workflows.
• Analyze project risks and propose integrated solutions that fit the existing environment.

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management and Product Ownership.
• 8+ years of expertise in Requirement gathering and process modeling using BPMN.
• 8+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies and TFS.
• You possess strong conceptual skills to translate abstract ideas into practical, actionable solutions.
• You bring analytical capabilities to evaluate information critically and assess cross-functional organizational impacts.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Willingness to obtain certifications via the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative.
