Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Medical Project Manager to support their international medical affairs activities. This role acts as a central coordinator across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence and seamless communication across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional and intercontinental teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution of project goals.
  • Manage the collection, consolidation, and documentation of medical insights from various regional representatives.
  • Monitor and report on medical performance by tracking KPIs and driving digital tool adoption across different regions.
  • Oversee operational logistics for major international medical congresses, including room management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain and update digital communication platforms, including SharePoint sites and collaboration channels.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and facilitate medical capability development programs.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience in project management and administrative coordination within a professional environment.
  • You possess a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience working in a matrix organization.
  • You're proficient in digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint and CRM systems.
  • You're proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • You are fluent in English.

  • Previous experience or a background in a medical field.
  • Experience with tools such as Qliksense or ORBIT.
