Our client, a prominent player in the travel and transport industry, is looking for a dedicated lead to manage international security projects. The role involves steering the integration of front-end hardware components with complex back-end IT infrastructures for border control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and performance dashboards tracking cost, timeline, and quality.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the definition of site prerequisites and coordinate the installation and integration of hardware components.
  • Manage client relationships and perform internal reporting, including risk assessment and budget monitoring.
  • Interface with design offices to ensure technical requirements are met for sub-system integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management involving Planning and Budget Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Hardware integration and managing relationships with subcontractors.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with technical design offices.
  • You bring a strong background in Hardware-to-Software interfacing and site deployment.
  • You're proficient in Risk Management and internal reporting methodologies.
  • You possess the flexibility to travel frequently to various locations within Europe.
  • You are fluent in English.

  • Previous professional experience within the Border Control or Travel & Transport domains.
