Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a technical expert to join their engineering team. This role focuses on the end-to-end technical coordination of infrastructure, utilities, and energy-related projects within a highly regulated site environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all technical disciplines across multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to final delivery.
- Manage technical interfaces between internal stakeholders, external engineering firms, and contractors.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including subject matter experts in utilities, electrical infrastructure, and construction.
- Oversee project governance, including budget control, scheduling, and risk mitigation in alignment with PMO requirements.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, technical, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Consolidate and review technical specifications for HVAC, electrical systems, and energy optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in engineering investment projects specifically within infrastructure, utilities, or building fields.
- You possess in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and utility infrastructure.
- You have experience with electrical systems, focusing primarily on low-voltage installations and compliance.
- You're experienced in working within highly regulated environments, including knowledge of GMP, GXP, or GLP standards.
- You are a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- You are fluent in French and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with EPC or EPCM contracting models and energy optimization projects.
- Background in maintenance roles.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
