Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Project Engineering Leader to oversee the design and execution of building infrastructure and revamping projects. The role focuses on providing technical leadership and coordination for complex HVAC and utilities initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the basic and detailed design phases for HVAC equipment and building infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and external engineering partners throughout project execution.
- Manage project governance, including budget control, scheduling, and risk management in accordance with PMO standards.
- Consolidate and review technical specifications and URS to ensure alignment with global quality and safety guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for management, business clients, and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in engineering investment projects focused on infrastructure, building, or utilities.
- You possess in-depth technical expertise in HVAC systems and infrastructure design within Pharma (GMP, GXP, or GLP) environments.
- You're a strong leader with the ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are fluent in French and English.
