Launch Excellence Project Engineer

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Launch Excellence Project Engineer to manage validation aspects for new product introductions. This role ensures successful implementation and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle, covering formulation, filling, and packaging processes.

• Validate and document processes for formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging.
• Execute and document urgent quality investigations.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support and implement process and system changes related to product introduction.
• Provide overall project management, including coordination, planning, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and continuous improvement.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in validation projects and project coordination.
• You have experience working in a GMP environment and are familiar with risk assessment processes.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a good technical writing style.
• You're proactive, organized, and demonstrate a quality-conscious work approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
