Our client is a large multi-entity organization undertaking a major digital transformation of its core financial systems. This role involves leading the end-to-end rollout of a new ERP Finance and Procurement system, from vendor selection through to post-migration aftercare, across multiple business groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full ERP rollout program for Finance and Procurement across four entity groups.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle including RFP drafting, vendor selection, implementation, and hypercare support.
- Manage program governance, timelines, budgets, and risks while reporting to steering committees and project sponsors.
- Act as the primary bridge between Finance and IT departments to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct functional and business analysis to drive process redesign and optimization for multi-entity requirements.
- Coordinate technical integration topics involving reporting, BI, data management, and system interfaces.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP Finance and Procurement implementation or transformation projects.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing multi-entity organizations and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- 5+ years of technical experience in Java development including Spring Framework and Maven.
- You bring a strong understanding of Accounting processes, Procurement workflows, and financial consolidation.
- You possess deep knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Unit4.
- You're experienced with REST APIs and integration points for BI and data reporting tools.
- You have experience with RDI and MS Office productivity tools.
- You have the ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders at the CFO and IT governance levels.
- You're a structured, analytical professional with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Nice to Haves
- Possession of PMP, Prince2, or Agile PM certifications.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation frameworks such as SAP Activate, Oracle AIM, or D365 SureStep.
- Prior experience migrating from Unit4 Agresso systems.
- Experience with Angular or other UI Frameworks.
- Experience in Training & Coaching and preparation of change management materials.
Offer
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: until March 2028
- Work regime: 50% (first 6 months), then Full-time
- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week)
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
