Procurement Specialist - External Manufacturing

Our client is a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector seeking a professional to support sourcing and supplier management activities. This role involves independently managing procurement operations and coordinating sourcing initiatives within a sterile drug manufacturing environment.

• Lead the coordination and execution of RFx processes including RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and commercial analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on sourcing activities and project objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships through operational follow-up and performance monitoring.
• Execute operational procurement activities independently within the assigned category and supplier portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and supplier performance.
• Ensure supply continuity while maintaining compliance with procurement processes and quality standards.

• You bring proven experience in procurement execution within pharmaceutical external manufacturing.
• You possess a strong understanding of the Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) landscape and Sterile Drug Product Manufacturing.
• You have demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• You bring strong commercial awareness combined with negotiation and analytical skills.
• You're proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English.
