Program Manager – Data Platform & Cloud Migration

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale data and analytics transformation. This role focuses on modernizing data capabilities through the implementation of a scalable cloud platform and a business-driven data governance framework.

• Orchestrate and integrate all program activities across multiple projects to ensure coherent and value-driven delivery.
• Align business strategy with technical execution by coordinating between the business program lead and project managers.
• Manage program scope, integrated planning, and budget while ensuring prudent use of contingency reserves.
• Oversee the development, testing, and operationalization of data solutions according to predefined milestones.
• Lead program governance structures, including steering committees and operational committees, focusing on risk management and escalations.
• Drive communication and change management actions to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption of the program’s outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management specifically within the Data & Analytics domain.
• 3+ years of experience within the Energy sector.
• Proven experience leading a Cloud Data Platform migration project, ideally involving large teams or high-value budgets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern data mechanisms including Compute, Storage, and FinOps.
• Strong mastery of project management methodologies for Risk Management, Issue Management, and Resource Planning.
• You possess an academic Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation techniques.
• You bring the flexibility and stress resistance required to deliver in an evolving environment.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Professional certification in Prince2, PMP, PgMP, or MSP.
