Product Owner – Digital Platforms

Our client is looking for a professional to bridge the gap between business and IT by translating customer needs into concrete improvements for IT applications. This role focuses on steering the evolution of digital products and platforms while ensuring quality, consistency, and added value.

• Identify and analyze internal and external customer needs to translate business requirements into concrete IT features.
• Maintain and prioritize the platform backlog and establish a clear product roadmap.
• Monitor the correct implementation of applications in consultation with diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure the consistent and qualitative performance of digital products based on data analysis.
• Coordinate activities and foster collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide documentation, training, and manuals for end-users to support new releases.
• Proactively seek feedback and manage the budget for small projects within the domain.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Platform Owner within an Agile context.
• You bring a strong affinity for business analysis and functional analysis.
• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• You have a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• You are proactive, change-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Solid technical foundation in IT software development.
• Knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
