Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is looking for a specialist to maintain and optimize automated vision systems. The role focuses on enhancing the robustness of visual inspection programs and developing technical strategies to improve production performance while ensuring high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) machines within the production unit to ensure high operational efficiency.
- Develop and fine-tune vision programs and recipes to minimize false rejects and enhance detection capabilities.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement control strategies for vision systems.
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses to manage deviations and implement corrective actions (CAPAs).
- Provide expert support and coaching to maintenance teams and field technicians on vision technologies.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP standards, legal constraints, and quality management policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) and vision systems.
- Experience in automation, electromechanical engineering, or computer science.
- Professional experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience performing root cause analysis, CAPAs, and managing technical deviations.
- You possess a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical domain.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in English.
