Our client, a prominent player in the industrial production sector, is looking for a Digital Tools Coordinator & Data Officer to drive digital evolution across multiple operational sites. This dual role focuses on implementing technical solutions and establishing data governance frameworks while managing organizational change in a complex industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the technical delivery and implementation of digital applications across several production sites.
- Execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive user adoption and overcome resistance in the field.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of a portfolio of applications including Mendix, SharePoint, and .NET solutions.
- Design and implement distributed data architectures and governance for operational, maintenance, and safety datasets.
- Translate high-level business vision into actionable digital and data projects for development teams.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, data protection rules, and budget reporting for all digital initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management and industrial or enterprise IT processes.
- You bring experience with application portfolio management using Mendix, SharePoint, Access, and .NET.
- You possess knowledge of data-driven environments including Power Platform and BI applications.
- You bring a strong professional foundation in LEAN methodologies.
- You're capable of mobilizing diverse teams and leading change within a transverse organizational context.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Understanding of refining and chemical plant organizational structures.
- Willingness to apply or learn French.
Offer
- Start date: May 1, 2026.
- Duration: project until end of 2027.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Location: Antwerp.
- Working model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
