Our client, a leading organization in the energy and industrial sector, is looking for a professional to bridge the gap between digital tools and operational users. This role focuses on implementing digital solutions, managing change, and establishing a robust data architecture across multiple production sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the implementation and delivery of new digital tools according to the strategic roadmap.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and overcome resistance in a production environment.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and operation of the application portfolio, including Mendix, SharePoint, and .NET solutions.
  • Design and implement a distributed data architecture and governance framework for various operational datasets.
  • Lead day-to-day activities for external PMO and data development resources to translate business vision into projects.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, data protection rules, and internal procedures.
  • Foster collaboration between central IT teams and local business units to optimize digital tool performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and industrial or enterprise IT processes.
  • Experience managing an application portfolio involving Mendix, SharePoint, Access, and .NET.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and automation tools such as BI and Power Platform.
  • You possess a strong understanding of LEAN methodologies.
  • You bring technical knowledge of emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • You have proven experience in change management and mobilizing people within a transverse context.
  • You're proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously to solve complex problems.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Understanding of refinery and chemical plant organizational structures.
  • Experience with data hub governance and distributed architecture design.
  • Knowledge of French.

  • Working model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
