Expert SAP Domain Architect – S/4HANA Finance & Transformation

Our client, a major player in the transportation sector, is executing a large-scale digital transformation via a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The project requires a veteran architect to lead the strategic design of financial and sales domains, ensuring global process standardization and efficiency.

• Define and lead target architectures for full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations as a Domain Architect.
• Own the end-to-end solution design for R2R, Q2C, and Master File/Finance domains to align with global business strategies.
• Architect robust integrations between SAP and external ecosystems including customer engagement, procurement, and utility solutions.
• Utilize enterprise architecture modeling tools for advanced analysis, governance, and compliance.
• Facilitate high-level workshops with senior executives to translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Guide internal and external consultancy teams on future-state solutions while maintaining strict architectural standards.
• Oversee project delivery within financial scopes using integrated project management and testing platforms.

• You possess 15+ years of hands-on SAP implementation experience, specifically focused on R2R and Q2C.
• You have led at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation as a Domain Architect.
• You bring demonstrable implementation success with SAP Business Partner (BP) and FICA.
• You're experienced with ECC and S/4HANA FICO, including functional knowledge of MM, SD, PP, and PM.
• You possess experience integrating SAP C4C, FICA, and Ariba into financial workflows.
• You have advanced proficiency in enterprise architecture tools such as ADOIT or ARIS.
• You bring proven experience with project management and testing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Xray, and Solution Manager.
• You have worked within publicly listed companies, MRO organizations, or the utility sector.
• You're a strong leader capable of managing senior business stakeholders and convincing consultancy teams of architectural directions.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French (one at Level C, the other at Level B2) and have a minimum Level B2 in English.

Nice to Haves

• Expertise in a broad range of financial solutions such as treasury, consolidation, and expense management.
• Experience with specialized utility sector projects within the Belgian market.
