Global Logistics Project Specialist

Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking a specialist to support a strategic digital transformation project. This role focuses on implementing a new digital order acquisition tool within global logistics operations to streamline shipping requests and enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, risk management, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional streams across process, digital, data, and change management.
• Translate operational logistics needs into structured functional and digital requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface between operations, internal technical teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, and the transition to operational run phases.

• You have 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain with a focus on project management.
• You bring a solid understanding of logistics flows and project management disciplines including planning and risk management.
• You possess the ability to translate operational needs into digital requirements.
• You're a proactive professional with proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
