Application Support Engineer – LabWare

Our client, a prominent leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a specialist to support the digitalization of quality laboratory operations. The role involves providing responsive and dependable assistance to users following the deployment of digital methods in the laboratory management system.

• Deliver functional and technical support to business users on the LabWare platform.
• Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to identify and mitigate underlying issues.
• Handle master data resolution and ensure functional alignment between SAP and LabWare.
• Translate technical challenges within digital methods into actionable insights for the system administrators.
• Monitor system errors proactively to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.

• You have 1+ years of experience in application support, specifically focused on LIMS or laboratory digital tools.
• You possess professional experience working with LabWare.
• You bring strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• You're customer-oriented with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and remain calm under pressure.
• You are fluent in French with a professional working knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience working within a GMP regulated environment.
• Functional knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management.
