Senior Construction Site Coordinator

Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a professional to manage the daily organization and monitoring of site activities. This role focuses on hands-on field supervision of contractors and ensuring the seamless integration of safety and planning within a complex project environment.

• Supervise contractors in the field and manage their daily interactions and planning.
• Review, release, and close out work permits and method statements.
• Organize daily coordination meetings and whiteboard sessions to align various disciplines.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and facilitate their resolution in collaboration with project leadership.
• Lead incident investigations and perform daily safety walk-throughs to ensure site compliance.
• Execute preparatory risk analyses for high-risk tasks and review technical documents such as hoisting plans.
• Monitor site order and cleanliness while maintaining schedule and cost control.

• You have a certification as a preventieadviseur niveau 2.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in site coordination and safety management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• You possess a valid VCA-VOL certificate and have extensive experience with TMB (temporary mobile construction sites) requirements.
• You have advanced knowledge of Limosa, Dimona, A1, VCA, and SCC documentation and permit processes.
• You have experience with contractor management systems and reviewing hoisting plans and method statements.
• You're a highly organized team player with strong communication skills and the ability to handle time pressure.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
