Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector dedicated to building a sustainable and reliable infrastructure. The project involves managing strategic procurement activities from market analysis to contract signature for essential electrical equipment.

• Collaborate with technical and asset management departments to define long-term procurement requirements.
• Perform global market analysis to identify potential suppliers and anticipate industry developments.
• Develop and execute medium- to long-term procurement plans for strategic electrical equipment.
• Manage end-to-end EU procurement procedures from selection and awarding criteria to final contract negotiation.
• Implement sustainable procurement policies and strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Optimize internal procurement processes, methods, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Take full ownership of specific asset families and contribute to building international synergies and best practices.

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, technical studies, or Economics with a strong technical focus.
• You have 3+ years of experience in public procurement or project management within a technical context.
• You bring proficiency in Microsoft Office and have an affinity for legal terminology and contract negotiation.
• You are organized, analytical, and result-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French with a minimum level of B2 or C1 for each.
