Our client, a leading public sector organization, is looking for a backend technical lead for their core business applications. This role focuses on ensuring development quality, mentoring developer teams, and serving as the primary technical authority for key projects.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality, maintainability, and performance of all backend developments.
- Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and quality assurance tools.
- Supervise code reviews and ensure the implementation of continuous integration and DevOps practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their technical growth and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate workloads, plan development phases, and mitigate technical risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years backend development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
- 8+ years working with Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
- Expert knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and Design Patterns.
- Extensive experience with Oracle 19+ and SQL Server 2016+.
- Proven track record using GIT and Azure DevOps within Agile environments.
- You possess deep knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development practices.
- You bring experience with Apache solutions within Java hosting environments.
- You're a strong leader with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in French with passive knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Active knowledge of Dutch.
