IT Support Engineer – Office 365 & AD (part-time)

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide critical technical assistance. The project involves managing service desk operations to ensure high reliability and sustainability of internal digital infrastructure.

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via call and email intake.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tickets within the helpdesk management tool.
• Execute technical actions and maintenance tasks based on established processes and checklists.
• Perform hardware staging and configuration for workstations and various peripherals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.
• Maintain user accounts and access permissions through directory services.

• You have 5+ years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting.
• You bring knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and productivity software such as MS Visio and Adobe products.
• You possess experience in user management using Active Directory.
• You have a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, VPN, and WiFi.
• You bring experience with hardware staging and technical support for PC, printers, and peripherals.
• You possess an ITIL certification.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong analytical thinking.
• You possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Basic knowledge of DOS commands.
• Experience with VOIP and videoconferencing systems.
• Understanding of domotica and meeting room technologies.
• Basic knowledge of VMware and software virtualization.

• Work regime: 60% (flexible schedule)
• Location: Schaerbeek
• Working model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
