Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Business and Functional Analyst to support a major website migration initiative. This role involves analyzing business requirements and ensuring a smooth transition to a new platform while collaborating with cross-functional digital teams.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements through active stakeholder engagement.
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed product backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and technical teams to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement during the migration to the new platform.
- Support quality assurance by defining test cases and facilitating User Acceptance Testing to validate project requirements.
- Provide training and support to key users and service desk teams during the post-launch and hypercare phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business and functional analysis specifically for digital projects or website migrations.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, web technologies, and SEO principles.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as DevOps and Confluence.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to documentation.
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and focusing on end-to-end solution delivery.
- You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with data migration and content management systems.
- Knowledge of usability and web accessibility standards.
- Good level of German.
