Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a senior expert to manage the regulatory compliance of technical assets and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that equipment integrated through new projects is fully compliant with legal requirements before entering the operational lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify regulatory requirements for equipment and building implementation projects upstream.
  • Interface with HSE managers to collect and clarify compliance-relevant information for various assets.
  • Ensure that equipment is compliant with regulations at project completion and ready for operational transfer.
  • Provide expert support to the compliance team in analyzing inspection and control reports.
  • Manage non-conformities by facilitating communication between equipment owners and technical bodies.
  • Act as a structuring and analytical support for project activities and specialized team members.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience in legal compliance within a regulated industrial environment.
  • You bring a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as electrical safety (RGIE), pressure equipment, fire protection, Legionella, and ATEX.
  • You possess a Prevention Advisor certification.
  • You're an assertive communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex regulatory topics.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
