Expert IT Project Manager – Data Migration & SAS Integration

Our client is seeking an Expert IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale data migration program from initiation through to completion. The project focuses on defining structured roadmaps for product transitions and coordinating complex technical deliverables between ICT and business departments.

• Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of projects within a complex migration program.
• Analyze requirements to define roadmaps and detailed project plans with clear scope and deliverables.
• Manage operational execution by assigning tasks, planning resources, and monitoring budget constraints.
• Support and coach project team members to ensure technical expertise is applied effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between ICT and business units to track and coordinate technical outputs.
• Monitor project performance against scope and budget, escalating risks or deviations when necessary.
• Consolidate and document project knowledge to ensure continuity and alignment with new insights.

• You have 8+ years in Project Management and Program Management.
• You bring 8+ years of high-level Communications Skills and experience in Workshop Organisation.
• You possess 8+ years utilizing Scrum methodologies.
• You have 3+ years in Project Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management.
• You're experienced with 3+ years in Stakeholder Management and Expectations Management.
• You have 3+ years in Agile environments using GitLab.
• You possess strong coaching and team support abilities.
• You are active in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.
