Business Analyst – Digital Insurance Solutions

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is looking for a professional to join their business solutions department. The role involves conceiving digital solutions to support marketing, sales, and operations from ideation through to final delivery and support.

• Conceive and master solutions within a digital context including ideation and requirements gathering.
• Drive the delivery of solutions implemented by the IT department to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate and execute testing phases, including set-up, planning, and execution.
• Manage project roll-outs and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business entities and technical teams to facilitate smooth solution delivery.
• Maintain and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within a digital environment.
• You possess strong skills in requirements gathering, conception, and ideation of business solutions.
• You bring experience in testing, including set-up, planning, and execution for digital projects.
• You have a Master’s degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent through experience.
• You possess a good analytic and critical mind while remaining client-oriented.
• You're well-organized with strong priority management and the ability to work independently.
• You have good command of English, Dutch, and French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within the Non-Life Insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with various Digital Technologies.
