Senior Identity Architect – IAM Consolidation

Our client, a prominent organization in the HR services sector, is looking for a specialist to spearhead the consolidation of their identity management infrastructure. The project involves transitioning multiple identity providers into a unified system to ensure enterprise-wide compliance and security.

• Architect the technical consolidation of various identity providers into a single, streamlined enterprise solution.
• Guide the project trajectory from the initial analysis phase through to technical realization and implementation.
• Ensure the new identity architecture aligns with ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance requirements.
• Lead the migration of high-volume customer and employee accounts across different identity platforms.
• Translate business and security requirements into robust, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) designs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal operational disruption.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in technical architecture with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• You bring hands-on expertise with ForgeRock identity solutions.
• You have extensive experience with Microsoft identity technologies, including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• You have a proven track record of managing IAM consolidation or migration projects on an enterprise scale.
• You possess deep knowledge of ISO 27001 or NIS2 security frameworks and compliance standards.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of driving complex technical projects independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
