Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud & Database Management

Our client, a major organization in the maritime and logistics sector, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize their hybrid IT environment. This role focuses on maintaining high-availability systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications to ensure operational excellence.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments including Entra-ID, Hub-Spoke architectures, and landing zone designs.
• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft SQL-Server always-on clusters for high availability.
• Oversee virtualization infrastructure using VMWare and VCenter.
• Develop automation solutions through Powershell scripting and Terraform.
• Support enterprise applications such as PRTG, ArcGIS, and print management systems.

• You have 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• You possess 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure, specifically with Entra-ID, Hub-Spoke, and Landing zone design.
• You bring 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL-Server 2019 & 2022 and always-on cluster technology.
• You have 6+ years of experience in virtualization using VMWare and VCenter.
• You're proficient with 6+ years of Powershell scripting for environment automation.
• You have experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• You possess knowledge of PRTG monitoring and ArcGIS software installation.
• You have experience with Konica Minolta Central Management and SafeQ Follow-me printing.
• You bring a technical or engineering background with a Bachelor or Master degree.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
