Our client, a key organization in the European energy sector, is seeking a professional to help ensure the reliability and sustainability of national electricity management. The role involves acting as a strategic link between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate complex grid modeling requirements into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model end-to-end business processes using structured methodologies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Elicit, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Structure business concepts through information modeling to support complex data management within the energy market.
- Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to design future-proof processes and refine the project backlog.
- Drive quality assurance by contributing to test case development and performing business acceptance testing within an Agile framework.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation to support business processes and technical solution designs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation within Agile environments.
- You have the ability to refine product backlog items to a technical level suitable for developers.
- You possess a proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- You're an excellent communicator capable of precisely informing and managing stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English with a very good level of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
- Strong understanding of BABOK, UML, and BPMN methodologies.
- Knowledge of Archimate.
- Professional experience or knowledge regarding Electrical Network Management.

- Working model: Hybrid with at least 2 days onsite per week.
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
