Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to support their quality assurance team in managing a technical workload increase. This role focuses on resolving documentation backlogs and ensuring high standards of quality oversight for utility systems and technical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve deviations, investigations, and change controls for technical systems and building utilities.
  • Perform administrative quality assurance tasks related to utility systems and technical operations.
  • Conduct quality oversight on GMP documentation and activities to ensure audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure investigation documentation meets high-quality standards.
  • Support internal audits, compliance activities, and preparations for regulatory inspections.
  • Provide quality assurance support for qualification, validation, and utilities-related projects.
  • Participate in periodic system reviews and monitor quality indicators for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
  • You bring strong expertise in quality assurance processes including deviations, investigations, and change controls.
  • You possess excellent writing skills for the creation of technical investigation reports.
  • You are proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with technical teams.
  • You are fluent in French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, auditing, or risk-based approaches.
  • Technical background involving utilities, cleanrooms, HVAC, or qualification/validation.
  • Good command of English.
