MSAT Scientist qPCR & ELISA

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking an expert to drive analytical excellence within their manufacturing science and technology department. This role focuses on developing and implementing critical analytical methods to ensure the quality and consistency of cell culture-based production processes across an international biologics network.

• Serve as the technical expert for analytical qPCR and ELISA methods within the organization.
• Manage the handover of methods from R&D to manufacturing science, ensuring comprehensive documentation and operational readiness.
• Lead the transfer of validated qPCR and ELISA methods to QC, including troubleshooting and the writing of transfer protocols and reports.
• Design, develop, and validate analytical methods for both existing and new production processes.
• Conduct root cause investigations for analytical deviations and perform data trending to ensure method reliability.
• Execute laboratory testing activities and generate high-quality scientific study protocols and reports.

• You have a PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent through experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in analytical method development, qualification, and validation within a cGMP environment.
• You have strong expertise in qPCR and ELISA techniques, specifically for host cell impurity analysis.
• You possess the ability to design and execute DOE experiments and perform statistical analysis on complex datasets.
• You're experienced in technical writing, capable of preparing detailed protocols, study reports, and scientific conclusions.
• You are a proactive problem-solver able to manage multiple projects independently while supporting both laboratory and desk-based tasks.
• You are fluent in English with an active knowledge of Dutch.
