Our client is seeking a specialist to contribute to the development and optimization of SAP HR solutions within an S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on delivering stable, scalable, and future-proof applications that support essential HR processes. This position involves the full development lifecycle, encompassing everything from technical analysis to production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop SAP HR solutions utilizing UI5, Fiori, and ABAP.
- Integrate technical solutions within the broader SAP landscape.
- Perform system testing, production support, and detailed bug analysis.
- Create technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and established procedures.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience with SAP UI5, Fiori, and OData.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in backend development with ABAP OO.
- You possess 2+ years of experience working with SAP HR modules, specifically OM, PA, and TIME.
- You have 2+ years of experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You're experienced with Adobe Forms for at least 2 years.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with a C1 level and have a B1 level of English.

- Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
