Our client, a leading organization in the public safety sector, is looking for an Expert Program Manager to lead a major organizational and digital consolidation initiative. This role involves driving a large-scale transformation strategy focused on modernizing infrastructure, integrating data, and standardizing operational processes across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global project roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and avoid operational bottlenecks.
- Identify potential risks and resource constraints, implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Establish governance structures and provide regular progress reporting to executive leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and external partners to align technical architectures and systems.
- Oversee the transformation of business domains including administrative, operational, and citizen-oriented services.
- Guide the integration of emerging technologies and data-driven insights into the core operational model.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Management within the public sector.
- 8+ years of experience in Change Management and People Management.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Process Management & Modeling.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally in a Product Owner capacity.
- 3+ years of experience implementing CRM, ERP, or citizen-facing web applications.
- 1+ years of experience with Lean Optimization techniques.
- You possess expert knowledge of organizational transformation and public sector regulatory frameworks.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with active knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Willingness to obtain or possession of a Prince2 certification.
- Possession of a Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Experience with Intelligence Artificielle and emerging technology integration.

- Work regime: Full-time.
