Cybersecurity Project Manager – Security Operations

Our client, a global organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Security Project Coordinator to bring structure and momentum to their security operations. This role involves driving cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to closure while bridging the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Lead the coordination of cybersecurity projects, managing scope, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate governance routines and action tracking to ensure accountability across concurrent security initiatives.
• Identify and surface delivery risks related to technical assumptions, ownership gaps, or operational constraints.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear project deliverables and measurable outcomes for leadership.
• Coordinate remediation activities and assessments between internal teams and specialist security vendors.

• 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination focused on Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or Compliance.
• You bring a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with complex dependencies in enterprise environments.
• You possess a broad understanding of Security Operations, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management.
• You have experience applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies to technical project delivery.
• You're proficient with project tools including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and the M365 suite.
• You bring familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.
